摘要
目前国内转体桥转体到位后主要是依靠挂篮或吊架进行中跨合龙段的施工,需要垂直天窗时间长,模板拆除时安全风险较大。钢壳法具有结构简单、施工速度快、造价低且模板不需拆除等特点,大大提升了转体桥中跨合龙的施工效率。本文以郑万铁路河南段跨宁西铁路转体连续梁为依托,详细介绍了合龙段栓接式钢壳从生产到安装,再到混凝土浇筑的整个过程。钢壳集模板、结构于一体,施工先进、应用前景广阔,可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
At present, in our country, after the swivel bridges are put into place, the construction of the middle-span closure segment mainly depends on hanging baskets or hangers, which needs a vertical skylight for a long time, and is exposure to higher security risks when the template is removed. The steel shell method has the characteristics of simple structure, high construction speed, low construction cost and not dismantling the template, which greatly improves the construction efficiency of the middle-span closure of swivel bridges. Based on the swivel continuous beams in Henan section (across Nanjing-Xi' an Railway)of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway, this paper introduced in details the entire process of the bolted steel shells for the closure segment from production to installation to concrete pouring. The steel shell is a combination of formwork and structure, and has advanced construction and wide application prospect. It could be served as reference for similar projects in the future.
