悬臂式掘进机在白垩系砂岩隧道中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 文章结合蒙华铁路银山1号隧道施工实例,建立三维数值模型,采用动力分析方法,模拟了爆破振动荷载作用下,隧道围岩及其油井位置的加速度、速度、应力分布及变化特征,研究了爆破振动对临近隧道油井的影响规律,得出了该段隧道不宜采用钻爆法施工的结论。通过EBZ200悬臂式掘进机在白垩系砂岩隧道中的成功应用,总结了施工工艺工法、设备配套、辅助措施及施工工效等经验,有效地控制了对油井和地表构筑物的影响,解决了钻爆法引起的施工震动问题,安全、顺利地完成了该段隧道施工。充分证明了该设备在特殊环境下大断面软岩铁路隧道中使用的适用性、经济性、安全性,与传统钻爆法施工相比有无可替代的优势。 Combined with the construction example of ~inshan No. 1 Tunnel in Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway, the successful application of EBZ200 cantilever type roadheader in the Cretaceous sandstone tunnel had solved the problem of construction vibration caused by the drilling and blasting method. In order to further study the influence of tunnel blasting vibration on near oil wells, the three-dimensional numerical analysis model of Yinshan No. 1 Tunnel was established, the dynamic analysis method was used to simulate the distribution and variation of the acceleration, velocity and stress of the tunnel surrounding rock and its oil well position under the action of blasting vibration load. The simulation results showed that the stress, acceleration and velocity produced by the blasting vibration in the oil well position would have a serious effect on the safety of the wells near the tunnel, so the tunnel can not be constructed by drilling and blasting method. The use performance of cantilever type roadheader was studied, and the experience of equipment matching, process method, auxiliary measures and construction efficiency were summarized, and the applicability, economy and safety of the equipment in large section soft rock railway tunnel were verified. In addition, its advantages over the traditional drilling and blasting methods was concluded.
