摘要 针对既有线路施工的特点和既有线路换铺中大量使用的钢轨闪光焊方法,详细分析了既有线路换铺中钢轨现场焊接的特性。钢轨随动性的因素、设备的状态、现场导电部位的除锈等与工艺试验存在很大差异。基于此提出了通过合适的现场焊接工艺、良好的设备保养和维护以及合理的现场施工方法等措施保证现场换铺焊接施工质量;通过对既有线路换铺焊接施工特点的分析,提出了合理的既有线路施工的人员组织、设备配置及施工工艺流程编制。现场应用表明,所提出的方法保证了焊接质量,实现了既有线路高效、低成本施工。 According to the features of the circuit construction and rail flash welding method used widely in existing lines, the characteristics of rail welding in existing lines are analyzed in detail. The factors, state of the equipment and the derusting of the conducting site are very different from the process test. Based on this, the quality of welding construction is guaranteed by proper on-site welding process, good equipment maintenance and reasonable on-site construction method. By analyzing the welding construction characteristics of existing lines, the reasonable personnel organization, equipment configuration and construction process of the existing line construction are put forward. The field application shows that the proposed method guarantees the welding quality and realizes the high efficiency and low cost of construction.
