摘要
阐述了燃气锅炉烟气低温腐蚀机理,分析了影响腐蚀产生的因素及预防腐蚀发生的方法,提出了带炉前循环泵的锅炉直接供热系统改造方案。旨在优化锅炉房热力系统设计,避免因回水温度过低而引起的锅炉烟气低温腐蚀问题。
This paper expounds the low temperature corrosion mechanism of gas boiler flue gas, analyzes the factors that influence the corrosion and the methods to prevent the corrosion, and puts forward the modification scheme of the direct heat supply system of the boiler with the circulating pump in front of the furnace. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the thermal system design of boiler house to avoid the problem o flow temperature corrosion of boiler flue gas caused by return water temperature.
