摘要
常州市文化广场二期项目,作为常州市重点公建项目,在施工阶段推行BIM。从BIM团队建设、BIM工作流程、土建BIM应用、钢结构BIM应用、机电BIM应用五个方面探索了BIM技术在该工程上的应用。不仅积累了BIM技术在此类大型公共建筑工程上的应用经验,同时也为建筑公司转型升级培养了一批BIM技术人才。
Changzhou Cultural Plaza Phase II project, as the key public construction project in Changzhou, BIM is carried out in its construction stage. The application of BIM technology in this project is explored from five aspects： BIM team construction, BIM workflow, civil BIM application, steel structure BIM application and electromechanical BIM application. It not only accumulated application experience of BIM technology in this kind of large-scale public building engineering, but also cultivated a number of BIM technology personnel for transformation and upgrading of the company
