The old village has restricted the pace o fmodernization in urb an areas, and the transformation is the inevitable trend o fsocial development, and is the important link of realizing all round well off life. But those problems, such as unreasonable planning, difficulty of compensation and the severity neo-treasure hill occurs in the project of reconstruction of old village. Based on these problems, this paper puts forward reasonable solution, namely make scientific planning, clear property rights, formulate scientific and reasonable compensation standard, and attaches great importance to the urbanization transformation and pay attention to the sustainable development of the villagers.
