民爆物品生产企业安全管理实践探讨

Discussion on the Practice of Safety Management in the Production Enterprises of Civilian Explosive Materials

基于作者从事民爆物品生产企业安全管理的实践体会,描述民爆物品生产企业的特征,强调以人为本的安全生产管理理念,提出以本质安全为前提,加强对员工的技术培训和安全教育,明确安全责任,开展安全生产标准化建设工作,并指出将传统安全管理方法与先进有效管理方法及先进生产技术相结合是提高安全生产管理技术水平的发展方向[1]。

This paper based on the author＇s practical experience in the safety management of the production enterprises of civil explosive materials, describes the characteristics of the production enterprises of civil explosive materials, and emphasizes the principle of people-oriented safety production management. It is proposed that essential safety should be taken as a prerequisite, technical training and safety education for employees should be strengthened, safety responsibility should be clearly defined, and standardization of production safety should be carried out. It is pointed out that combining the traditional safety management method with the advanced effective management method and advanced production technology is the development direction of improving the level of safety production management technology.
