乳晕旁切口与麦默通旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of breast areola edge incision and maimstone rotary excision on benign breast tumors

目的 比较经乳晕旁切口与麦默通（MMT）微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果.方法 分析2013年1月至2015年1月乳腺良性肿瘤患者112例的临床资料,将其分为观察组与对照组.观察组72例给予经乳晕旁切口术治疗,对照组40例给予麦默通微创旋切术治疗,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、血肿发生率、切口愈合情况及复发率.随访1年,统计患者对手术美容效果的满意率.结果 两组患者切口愈合情况、复发率、患者对手术美容效果满意率比较,差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术中出血量、手术时间多于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组血肿发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 经乳晕旁切口术与麦默通旋切术都属于乳腺美容手术,可以达到良好的美学要求.乳晕旁切口术手术时间与出血量多于麦默通旋切术,但并发症少、医疗费用低,值得临床推广.

Objective To compare the curative effects of breast stone rotary excision （MMT） in minimally invasive surgery for benign areola edge incision and maimbreast tumors. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with benign breast tumor from January 2013 to January 2015 were analyzed. Patients were divided into observation group and control group. Seventy-two patients in observation group were treated by areola edge incision. Forty patients in control group were treated by minimally invasive surgery. The intraoperative bleeding, operation time, incidence of hematoma, incision healing, recurrence rate were compared. Patients were followed up for 1 year to record patients＇ satisfaction on appearance after surgery. Results There was no significant difference in healing rate, recurrence rate and satisfaction rate on cosmetic results between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The intraoperative blood loss and operation time in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of hematoma in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Both areola edge incision and maimstone rotary excision are cosmetic operation for breast and can achieve good aesthetic requirements. The areola edge incision is one of the open operations, although by which the operation time and the amount of bleeding are much more than that of maimstone rotary excision, there are fewer complications and lower medical costs.
