摘要
以廉价易得的丙酮肟为原料,通过氘化铝锂还原,与氯化氢二氧六环溶液成盐得到目标化合物(2-氘)丙-2-胺盐酸盐。其结构经~1 HNMR和ESI-MS确证。最佳反应条件为:n(丙酮肟)∶n(氘化铝锂)=2∶1,反应溶剂为四氢呋喃,在70℃下反应3h,产品收率为52%。
(2-Deuterium)propan-2-amine hydrogen chloride was synthesized from 2-propanone oxime through 2 steps,involving reduction by lithium tetradeuteridoaluminate,salt-forming reaction in the presence of hydorgen chloride in 1,4-dioxane.The structure of the product was confirmed by 1 HNMR and ESI-MS.The optimal reaction conditions were investigated.The results showed that the target product,(2-deuterium)propan-2-amine hydrogen chloride,was obtained in a yield of 52% with n(2-propanone oxime)∶n(lithium tetradeuteridoaluminate) 2∶1 at 70℃ for 3 hin tetrahydofuran as solvent.
