摘要 二氟乙酸乙酯是一类用途极广的含氟精细化学品,市场前景广阔,具有较高的开发价值。虽然合成该化合物的方法较多,但都有各自的不足,为了解决上述问题,开展了温和条件下合成二氟乙酸乙酯的研究工作。以四氟乙烯为原料进行试验,以85.3%的收率成功得到1,1,2,2-四氟乙基乙基醚,该中间体在酸性条件下与二氧化硅反应以91.7%的收率成功得到了目标产物二氟乙酸乙酯。结果表明:该合成方法具有反应条件温和、收率高、反应步骤少等特点,适用于工业化生产。 Ethyl difluoroacetate is a kind of fluorine-containing fine chemicals with a very wide range of applications. It has a broad market prospect and a high value for development. Although there are many methods for the synthesis of this compound,they all have their own shortcomings. In order to solve the above problems,this paper has developed the research work on the synthesis of ethyl difluoroacetate under mild conditions. The experiments embark from the tetrafluoroethylene as raw material,and successfully realized the 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl ethyl ether in 85. 3% yield,this intermediate reacts with silica under acidic conditions,and successfully realized the target product in 91. 7% yield. In summary,the synthesis method has the advantages of mild conditions,high yields,short reaction routes and so on. It is suitable for industrial production.
