摘要
西南区域新建两台600 MW燃煤机组,化学预处理系统采用高密度沉淀池澄清设备。在调试阶段通过试验改变高密度沉淀池加药量、进水流量和回流比等参数,研究其运行特性。结果说明,原水水质及高密度沉淀池反应区的水浊度对出水水质有影响,另外高密度沉淀池抗负荷变化能力比较差。
The densadeg was being used in water treatment of a new power plant. During the commissioning phase,the parameters such as dosing amount,inlet flow,and reflux ratio in the highdensity sedimentation tank were changed through experiments to study the operating characteristics.The water turbidity in the reaction zone of the raw water quality and high density sedimentation tank has an effect on the quality of the effluent,and the ability of the high density sedimentation tank to resist load change is relatively poor.
