摘要
本文着重介绍了一种有机复合酸清洗新工艺在电站锅炉过热器再热器的应用情况,将羟基乙酸和甲酸或柠檬酸复配使用,分阶段应用于运行锅炉过热器、再热器的清洗中清洗速度快,效果好。该方法具有创造性、新颖性和实用性,解决了国内运行锅炉过热器、再热器清洗的难题。
This paper focuses on the application of a variety of organic complex acid cleaning processes in the superheater and reheater of utility boiler. The combination of glycolic acid and formic acid or citric acid can be used to clean the superheater and reheater of running boilers in stages with high cleaning speed and good effect. This method is creative,novel and practical,and solves the problem of utility boiler superheater and reheater cleaning.
