金山区枫泾镇西部地区除涝问题及对策措施探讨

Situation and Countermeasures on Area Waterlogging of the West of Fengjing Town in Shanghai

探索金山区枫泾镇西部地区除涝问题的解决方法研究结论表明,圩区建设是解决问题的主要对策,圩区选取适当的控制范围也是必要的。文章从现状除涝状况出发,结合已有相关规划,分析存在问题,提出两种圩区建设方案并进行比选,通过"蓄满产流"方式设计圩区的排涝能力,明确圩区泵闸布局。研究结果具有一定的实践意义。

The author studied the situation and countermeasures on area waterlogging of the west of Fengjing Town in Shanghai. The results showed that building polder area was the main countermeasure and the selection of a suitable water catchment is essential. Combined with the actual situation and related planning, the better polder area building scheme was choosen from two schemes. Following the calculation method of stored-full runoff, sluice and pump station overall arrangement was worked out. The results of the study were significantly important in practice.
