充泥管袋在海塘达标外坡拓宽中的应用

随着防汛形势的日益严峻,上海对海塘的防御能力提出了更高要求,长兴岛海塘的防汛标准,要求达到200年一遇加12级风下限的防御标准。长兴北沿新圈围工程海塘达标及保滩工程,在原有海塘基础上,通过外坡拓宽,达到相关防御标准要求。本文针对外坡拓宽过程中充泥管袋的应用,为其他类似不得不外坡拓宽的海塘工程达标建设提供借鉴。

With the increasingly severe flood prevention situations, Shanghai has put forward higher requirements for the defense capability of the seawall, and the standard for the flood control of the Changxing Island seawall which is required to meet the standard of 200 year and 12 level wind limit The project to reach the standard and retain the seawall in the new round enclosure project along the northern edge of Changxin is based on the original seawall and widened through the outer slope to meet the requirements of the relevant defense standards. In view of the application of the mud filled pipe bag in the widening of the outer slope, this paper provides references for other similar construction projects that have to widen the outer slope.
