摘要
目的:探讨核心自我评价和情绪调节自我效能感在压力性生活事件与大学生生活满意度间的中介作用。方法:采用压力性生活事件量表(ASLEC)、核心自我评价量表(CSES)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)及生活满意度量表(SWLS),以522名大学生为被试,使用Mplus7.0建立结构方程模型,检验压力性生活事件、核心自我评价、情绪调节自我效能感与生活满意度间的关系。结果:(1)压力性生活事件、核心自我评价、情绪调节自我效能感和生活满意度四个变量均显著相关;(2)核心自我评价在压力性生活事件与生活满意度间起中介作用;(3)情绪调节自我效能感在压力性生活事件与生活满意度间起中介作用;(4)核心自我评价与情绪调节自我效能感在压力性生活事件与生活满意度间起链式多重中介作用。结论:压力性生活事件可以直接影响也可以通过核心自我评价和情绪调节自我效能感影响生活满意度。
Objective: To explore the mediating role of core self-evaluation and emotion regulation self-efficacy be-tween stressful life events and college students' life satisfaction. Methods: 522 students were tested by using question-naires of stressful life events, core self-evaluation, regulatory emotional self-efficacy and life-satisfaction. An SEM modelwas built using Mplus7.0. Results:(1)Stressful life events, core self-evaluation, regulatory emotional self-efficacy andlife-satisfaction were significantly correlated with each other;(2)Core self-evaluation was found to mediate the associationbetween stressful life events and life-satisfaction;(3)Emotion regulation self-efficacy was found to mediate the associationbetween stressful life events and life-satisfaction;(4)Core self-evaluation and regulatory emotional self-efficacy were foundto play multiple mediating effects between stressful life events and life-satisfaction. Conclusion: Stressful life events af-fects life-satisfaction through both core self-evaluation and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
