人血白蛋白琼脂培养基在A、C、Y、W_(135)群脑膜炎球菌培养中的应用

Application of human serum albumin in culture of groups A,C,Y and W_(135) meningococci

目的比较A、C、Y、W_(135)群脑膜炎球菌冻干菌种在羊血琼脂培养基和人血白蛋白琼脂培养基中的复苏培养效果,为人血白蛋白琼脂培养基代替羊血琼脂培养基进行复苏培养提供依据。方法将A、C、Y、W_(135)群脑膜炎球菌冻干菌种分别接种至羊血琼脂培养基和人血白蛋白琼脂培养基中,待长满琼脂培养基后转至相同体积、相同成分的基础培养基中,培养过程中取样测定A600。结果 A、C群脑膜炎球菌在人血白蛋白琼脂培养基中复苏培养效果优于羊血琼脂培养基,而Y、W_(135)群脑膜炎球菌在人血白蛋白琼脂培养基与羊血琼脂培养基复苏培养中效果相当。结论人血白蛋白琼脂培养基能够很好地应用于A、C、Y、W_(135)群脑膜炎球菌的复苏培养。

Objective To compare the effects of resuscitation culture of freeze-dried seeds of groups A,C,Y and W（135） meningococci in sheep blood and in human serum albumin and provide a basis for resuscitation culture with human serum albumin instead of sheep blood. Methods Freeze-dried seeds of groups A,C,Y and W（135） meningococci were inoculated onto the Petri dishes containing sheep blood and human serum albumin respectively and cultured until the bottoms of Petri dishes were covered completely,then transferred to the basal media with the same component at the same volume,from which samples were taken and determined for A600. Results The effect of resuscitation culture of groups A and C meningococci in human serum albumin was superior to,while that of groups Y and W（135） was equivalent to,that in sheep blood. Conclusion Human serum albumin may be used for resuscitation culture of groups A, C, Y and W（135） meningococci.
