摘要
目前,我国的有色金属矿山地下采矿技术、自动化和信息化水平与当今矿业的发展总体水平不相适应。井下有轨矿石运输环节仍然使用传统的依靠人工操作的运输方式,致使矿山的整体自动化和智能化水平不是很高,井下轨道运输成为突破数字化矿山发展的瓶颈之一。本文采用贝加莱工程车辆控制器X90,构建了井下运输自动化系统,实现了井下运输自动化质的改进。
At present, the level of the underground mining technology, automation and informatization of non-ferrous metals mines in our country is incompatible with the overall level of mining development nowadays. And the traditional transportation mode which is depend on manual operation is still used for the ore transport links in pits with rails, so it causes the overall level of automation and informatization of mine is inferior and makes the rail-transportation in the pit has become a bottleneck of the development of digitization mine. The newest PLC X90 manufactured by B&R Company was adopted to structure the pit transportation automation system and also realize the improvement for quality of the pit transportation automation.
