摘要 目的建立正交试验设计,以甘草酸铵为考察指标,探究生津片中水提成分的最佳提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以甘草酸铵含量为指标,考察煎煮时间,煎煮次数,加水量为影响因素,对其制备工艺的影响。结果利用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸铵含量,结合生产实际情况确定水提成分最佳工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论使用该方法结合现代新型测定设备结果准确度高,重复性好,试验数据精确稳定,可为现代生产提供有力依据。 Objective Establishment of orthogonal experiment design to explore the best extraction method of licorice in Shengjin tablets. Methods The effects of boiling time, boiling time, water addition content on the preparation process were investigated by orthogonal test with L9(34) orthogonal experiment. Results Determination of the content of active ingredients by high performance liquid chromatography, combined with the actual production conditions to determine the best process to add 8 times the amount of water, boiling 3 times, 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion Using this method combined with modern new type of measurement equipment makes the accuracy higher, repeatability, experimental data more accurate and stable, for the modern production provides an effective basis.
