从“法象理论”探析款冬花治疗咳嗽功效

款冬花属于《神农本草经》中品之药,是古今治咳之要药,历代医家对其治疗咳嗽的机理有不同的注释。从"法象理论"的角度,结合历代中医本草著作的相关条文,将其定位于肺经,并与肝、肾二经相关。驳斥款冬花药性"下降"的观点,论述其药性"升散"的特点,认为其治咳嗽的机理为升发气机,通达上焦,上焦通达则浊阴自下,是以升为手段,最终达到降气的目的。从法象思维的角度认识款冬花,宏观地反映其独特的性能和功效,以求指导中医临床。

Coltsfoot belongs to the ＂Shen Nong＇s herbal classic＂, which is the medicine for cough in ancient and modern times. Doctors in different dynasties have different annotations on the mechanism of coughing treatment. From the perspective of ＂Pharmacological Method State＂, combined with the relevant articles of traditional Chinese medicine in the past dynasties, coltsfoot belong to the lung, and related to the liver and the kidney. Refuting coltsfoot＇s viewpoint of ＂down＂, and discussing its characteristic of ＂up＂. It is believed that the mechanism of treating cough is ascending the qi, reaching the upper energizer, and declining yin. Based on the theory of pharmacological method state, coltsfoot reflects its unique performance and effectiveness, in order to guide clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
