赵智强教授认为,对于胆石症的中医治疗,应当注重病因病机的分析,其病因与情志失调、饮食不节、脾胃虚弱、体质及禀赋、虫积损伤等有关,其病机以肝失疏泄,胆失通降为发病之本,以脾失健运,胃失和降为致病之标,并注重对并发症病机的认识,治疗以疏肝利胆排石治其本,以健脾和胃,补中益气治其标,以柴芩五金汤为基础组方,药用柴胡、黄芩、鸡内金、海金沙、金钱草、金铃子散等品,并佐以顾护脾胃之药物,针对不同兼症,施与清化湿热、理气化痰、活血化瘀等法,灵活用药。若出现并发症,则需随症治之,重新辨证,不可拘泥于原法。

If the complications occur, he thinks that the disease should be treated according to symptoms and the different pathogenesis.
