电针委阳穴、承山穴结合毫火针治疗老年性不安腿

Electroacupuncture of Weiyang and Chengshan points with millifire needle treatment of senile restless legs

目的观察电针"委阳穴""承山穴"结合毫火针治疗老年性不安腿的临床疗效。方法 50例老年性不安腿患者均来自我院针灸科门诊,采用电针委阳、承山穴,毫火针阳陵泉、绝骨穴为主穴,结合辨证取穴治疗并观察其疗效。结果治愈8例,占16%;显效25例,占50%;有效16例,占32%;无效1例,占2%,总有效率98%。结论根据经络理论,循经选取足太阳膀胱经和足少阳胆经的穴位,结合电针和毫火针的疗法辨证治疗老年性不安腿,能明显改善临床症状,无不良反应,且操作简单。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture weiyang and Chengshan acupoint combined with millifire needle in the treatment of senile restless leg. Methods Using electric needle Weiyang and Chengshan acupoint, millifire needle Yanglingquan, and Juegu acupoint, combined with the dialectical acupoint, treatment of 50 patients with senile restless leg and observe its curative effect. Results 8 cases were cured, accounting for 16%, 25 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 50%, 16 cases were effective, accounting for 32%, 1 cases were invalid, accounting for 2%, and the total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion According to the theory of meridians and collaterals. We choose the acupuncture points of foot Taiyang bladder meridian and foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian combined with electroacupuncture and millifire needle therapy to treat senile restless legs dialectically. The clinical curative effect is affirmative, it can obviously improve the symptoms of this disease, and has no side effects of Western medicine. It is easy to operate and worth promoting.
