于氏头穴丛刺治疗抽动秽语综合征

YU's cluster needling at scalp acupoints for tourette's syndrome

目的比较于氏头穴丛刺与氟哌啶醇治疗抽动秽语综合征的治疗效果。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,各30例,治疗组给予于氏头穴丛刺治疗,对照组给予口服氟哌啶醇治疗。根据治疗前后耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YGTSS)评分及临床疗效进行观察。结果 2组治疗后YGTSS评分均较前有改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率高于对照组,不良反应少。结论于氏头穴丛刺对抽动秽语综合征患者有良好治疗效果,且安全、有效。

Objective To compare the clinical effects between YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints and haloperidol in treating Tourette＇s syndrome. Methods Sixty patients were randomized into two groups. The treatment group（30 cases） was intervened by YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints, and the control group（30 cases） was prescribed with haloperidol. The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale（YGTSS） and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results The YGTSS score improved in the two groups of patients after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the treatment group had significant improvements as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）, the marked effective rate was higher than the control group. The incidences of adverse reactions were lower than the control group. Conclusion YU＇s cluster needling at scalp acupoints has a good therapeutic effect for treatment of tourette＇s syndrome, and it is safe and effective.
