前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌治疗中的应用

Application of sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌治疗中的应用研究。方法纳入的乳腺癌120例,行腋窝清扫术,切除标本送石蜡病检。观察前哨淋巴结活检检出情况、假阴性情况、灵敏度、哨淋巴结活检检出率和假阴性率影响因素。结果前哨淋巴结活检检出109例、假阴性11例、灵敏度为90.52%;前哨淋巴结活检检出率年龄、体质量指数、ER阳性、PR阳性及肿瘤部位比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);而前哨淋巴结活检检出率肿瘤≥4 cm明显高于肿瘤<4 cm。前哨淋巴结活检假阴性率年龄、体质量指数、ER阳性、PR阳性及肿瘤部位比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);而前哨淋巴结活检假阴性率肿瘤≥4 cm,明显高于肿瘤<4 cm。结论前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌治疗中的应用效果明显,检出率和灵敏度高。

Objective To investigate the application of sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 120 breast cancer patients, axillary dissection, the resected specimen paraffin pathological examination. Sentinel lymph node biopsy, false negative, sensitivity, sentinel lymph node biopsy rate and false negative rate. Results The detection of sentinel lymph node biopsy in 109 cases, 11 cases of false negative patients, the sensitivity was 90.52%; The detection rate of sentinel lymph node biopsy in age, body mass index, there was no statistical difference between ER and PR positive expression and tumor location（P 〉0.05）; And the detection rate of sentinel lymph node biopsy tumor was greater than 4 cm was significantly higher than that of the tumor is less than 4 cm. The false negative rate of sentinel lymph node biopsy for age, body mass index, there was no statistical difference between ER and PR positive expression and tumor location（P 〉0.05）; And sentinel lymph node biopsy false negative rate of the tumor was greater than 4 cm was significantly higher than that of tumor less than 4 cm. Conclusion Sentinel lymph node biopsy is effective in the treatment of breast cancer, with high detection rate and sensitivity.
