快速康复外科理念(FTS)诞生于20世纪90年代,是目前外科临床较为新颖的理念,对于提高患者预后水平有着积极的意义。其理论核心及目的就是减少手术的创伤以及应激反应,从而达到减少术后并发症、节省费用、缩短住院时间、提高患者满意度、促进患者早日康复的目的。快速康复外科理念包括术前准备、术中措施、术后护理等3个方面内容。

The concept of fast track surgery（FTS）, which was born in 1990 s, is a new concept in surgical clinic. It has positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients. The core and purpose of the theory is to reduce the trauma and stress of the operation, so as to reduce the postoperative complications, save the cost, shorten the hospital stay, improve the satisfaction of the patients, and promote the early recovery of the patients. The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery includes three aspects： preoperative preparation, intraoperative measures and postoperative nursing.
