产前胎儿畸形筛查中彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening

目的探讨彩色多普勒应用于产前胎儿畸形筛查中的诊断价值。方法临床选择2016年1月-2017年9月来本院进行产前超声检查孕妇1246例,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,回顾性分析其检查结果。结果 1246例妊娠产检者中,出现胎儿先天畸形者45例(3.6%),泌尿生殖系统16例,消化系统7例,心血管系统13例,神经系统9例,其中超声检查确诊41例,准确率为91.2%,漏诊4例(8.8%),分别为尿道下裂2例,肛门闭锁1例,隐性脊柱裂1例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查应用于产前胎儿畸形检查有助于提高胎儿先天畸形的检出阳性情况,显示大部分胎儿的异常形态结构,诊断准确性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler in prenatal fetal malformation screening.Methods：From January 2016 to September 2017,1246 cases of pregnant women undergoing prenatal ultrasound examination in our hospital were selected,color Doppler ultrasonography was performed and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Among 1246 cases of pregnancy test,45 cases of fetal congenital malformation（3.6%）,16 cases of genitourinary system,7 cases of digestive system and cardiovascular system,13 cases of cardiovascular system,9 cases of nervous system,included 41 cases of ultrasound diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 91.2%,misdiagnosis in 4 cases（8.8%）,respectively was hypospadias in 2 case, imperforate anus in 1 case,1 case of spinal bifida occulta.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasonography is applied in prenatal fetal malformation examination,which helps to improve the positive detection of fetal congenital malformations,showing the abnormal morphological structure of most fetuses,and has high diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
