摘要
目的研究体外受精-胚胎移植(In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)患者精子端粒长度与早期胚胎发育潜能及临床妊娠结局的相关性。方法收集90例行IVF-ET患者的精子,利用QRT-PCR法检测患者的精子端粒长度,分别记录每组患者优胚率及临床妊娠率,探讨其相关性。结果非男性不育原因患者组精子端粒长度显著高于男性原因不育患者组(3.99±0.61 VS 2.75±0.76,P<0.05)。非男性原因不育组患者组优质胚胎率显著高于男性原因不育组患者组(59.7%VS 33.5%,P<0.05),但是卵裂率和临床妊娠率之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论精子端粒长度与早期胚胎发育潜能及临床妊娠率呈现相关性。
Objective:To study the association between sperm telomere length(STL)and early embryonic development ability in in-vitro fertilization and embryo-transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:We used a well-established and well-validated quantitative real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction(QRT-PCR)technique to measure the mean STLs in IVF treatment and analyzed the associations between STL and IVF outcomes. Results:We found that STL of infertile men was significantly shorter than that of fertile men(3.99±0.61 vs 2.75±0.76,P〈0.05). The number of good embryo quality rate in non-male infertility group was significantly higher than infertile men group(59.9% VS 33.4%,P〈0.05),but embryo cleavage rate and clinical pregnancy rate were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The telomere length of sperm is strongly associated with embryo quality in IVF.
