摘要
为了在设计阶段确定影响风电叶片激振设备生命周期成本的关键参数,以生命周期成本理论为指导,详细分析了设备各阶段成本的影响参数,建立了设备的LCCBOD(Life-Cycle Costs Based on Designer)净现值分析模型,为了更准确地反映参数的重要性,提出了依据敏感性系数和参数所占比重进行分析的双要素敏感性分析方法。将该模型和敏感性分析方法应用到实例中,确定了影响该设备成本的关键因素,便于制定风电叶片激振设备的优化设计方案,也对后续调控设备的成本提供了决策基础。
In order to determine the key parameters that affecting the life cycle cost of the wind turbine blade vibration exciter at the design stage. The life cycle cost theory was used as a guide and the parameters that influencing the cost of each stage were analyzed in detail. The net present value analysis model of Life-cycle Costing Based on Designer was established. In order to more accurately reflect the importance of parameters, a two-factor sensitivity analysis method based on sensitivity coefficient and the proportion of parameters was proposed. This model and sensitivity analysis methods were applied to an example, and the key factors influencing the cost of equipment were determined,which facilitated the formulation of an optimal design scheme for wind turbine blade excitation equipment, and provided a basis for decision-making on the cost of subsequent control equipment.
