以兖矿集团为研究对象,通过描述其物流产业发展现状,剖析存在问题,结合公司中长期发展战略,提出了"变革体制机制""轻资产运行""实施混合所有制改革""发展供应链数据金融""搭建‘互联网+物流’大数据平台"等一系列对策,对发展现代物流产业具有一定的参考意义。

Taking Yankuang Group as the research object,through describing the development status of its logistics industry,the existing problems were analyzed. Combined with the medium and long-term development strategy of the company,this paper put forward a series of countermeasures such as ＂reform system mechanism＂,＂operation with light asset＂,＂implementing mixed ownership reform＂,＂developing supply chain data finance＂ and ＂building ＂Internet ＋ Logistics＂ big data platform＂. It has certain reference significance for the development of modern logistics industry.
