中转港口煤炭损耗因素分析及解决对策

Analysis on the factors of coal loss in transit port and countermeasures

介绍了煤炭中转港口的作用,针对煤炭在港口中转过程中的损耗进行了分析研究,指出影响中转港口煤炭损耗的几个关键因素,分别是煤炭自身化学反应、外界环境、工艺流程、设备技术和人员,并对这几个影响因素进行了详细划分和介绍。为了减少煤炭在中转港口的损耗,提高煤炭质量,引入了PDCA循环管理模式,对港口煤炭损耗进行动态循环管理,针对引起煤炭损耗的因素,提出了相应控制措施。

This paper introduced the role of coal transit port,analyzed the loss of coal during port transit,and pointed out that several key factors affecting coal loss in transit ports were coal chemical reaction,external environment,process flow,equipment technology and personnel,and detailed division and introduction with these several influencing factors. In order to reduce the loss of coal in transit ports and improve the quality of coal,the PDCA cycle management mode was introduced to dynamically manage the coal loss of the port,and corresponding control measures were proposed for the factors causing coal loss.
