Construction and Development of China Oat and Buckwheat Industrial Technology System

燕麦与荞麦是我国古老的特色作物,目前正在经历由产区区域消费向社会扩大消费的产业发展过程。国家燕麦荞麦产业技术体系针对我国燕麦荞麦产业发展面临的问题,响应燕麦荞麦大众、高端、特用三类市场消费需求导向,组织燕麦荞麦产品加工技术、育种、栽培、病虫害防控等全产业链研究,推动了燕麦荞麦产、学、研跨越式发展,为燕麦荞麦产业发展提供了有效的技术支撑。

Oat and buckwheat are ancient coarse crops in China,and their industry development is experiencing the conversion from regional consumption to national consumption. In order to solve the problems in the industrial development,the national technology system of oat and buckwheat industry corresponds to the orientation of the three kinds of market consumption demands（ mass,highend and special）,directs the researches on the whole industry chain,including product processing technology,breeding,cultivation,prevention and control of disease and pests,promotes the leaping development of production,research and utilization of oat and buckwheat,and provides effective technical supports for the development of oat and buckwheat industry.
