IVF周期中第三天发生致密化胚胎的植入潜能分析

Implantation potential analysis of compacted embryos on day 3 after fertilizaiton in IVF cycles

目的探讨IVF周期中第三天发生胚胎致密化患者的基本情况以及致密化胚胎的植入潜能。方法回顾性分析自2013年1月至2016年12月来本院生殖医学中心行首次IVF治疗的不孕症患者,比较第三天发生胚胎致密化的周期与未发生致密化的周期相比基本情况有何差异,同时比较第三天发生致密化的胚胎发育潜能与未致密化的优质胚胎相比有何差异。结果第三天发生胚胎致密化的周期患者年龄较年轻,基础情况较好,卵巢的反应性也较好,获卵数与可用胚胎数均显著高于对照组患者。第三天移植一枚致密化胚胎的患者与移植一枚未致密化优质胚胎的患者取得了相似的临床结局。结论第三天发生胚胎致密化的患者基础情况及卵巢反应性均较好,致密化胚胎与未致密化的优质胚胎相比具有相似的植入潜能。

Objective：To explore the impantation potential of compated embyros on day 3 after fertilization,and the basic characteristics of patients with at least one compacted embryo. Methods：Cycles inatially performed IVF treatment in our center from 2013 to 2016 were retrespectively analyzed,basic characteristics were compared between patients with at least one compacted embyro and with no compacted embryo,implantation potential of compacted embryos were also compared with high quality embryos in cleavge stage. Results：Patients with at leat one compacted embryo on day 3 were much younger,had better basic characteristics,and had higher ovarian response to gonadotrophin,those patients got more oocytes and useful embryos compared with patients with no compacted embryo on day 3. Patients transferred one compacted embryo on day 3 after fertilization got similar clinical outcome compared with patients transferred on un-compaced high quality embryos. Conclusion：Patients with at least one compacted embryo on day 3 had better basic characteristics and higher ovarian response,compacted embryos on day 3 had similar implantation potential compared to un-compacted high quality embryos on day 3.
