+G_Z重复暴露对大鼠脑组织c-fos、c-jun和神经生长因子基因表达的影响

摘要 目的:为了解+ GZ 重复暴露后大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和神经生长因子(NGF) 基因表达的变化,探讨它们在+ GZ 所致脑损伤中的作用和意义。方法:用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR) 检测方法检测+ GZ 重复暴露后大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和NGF m RNA 表达水平。结果:cfos 和cjun 在+ GZ 重复暴露后30 min m RNA 表达明显升高,6h 和24h 降至正常;NGF 在30 min 和6 h 表达均明显升高,24 h 恢复正常。结论:表明+ GZ 重复暴露可诱导大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和NGF m RNA 的表达,提示它们的表达增加可能在+ GZ 所致脑损伤中起病理或保护作用。 To study the changes of mRNA expression of c fos, c jun and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain of rat exposured to repeated +G Z, and to explore the role of them in brain damage induced by repeated +G Z exposures, the mRNA expression levels of c fos, c jun and NGF in rat brain exposured to repeated +G Z were measured by semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The results showed that the c fos and c jun mRNA expression levels in rat brains taken 30 min, NGF mRNA expression levels in rat brains taken 30 min and 6 h after repeated +G Z exposures were significantly higher than those of control group. It is suggested that c fos, c jun and NGF mRNA expression in rat brain can be inducted by repeated +G Z exposures and they may poly an important role in the pathologic course or self protection effection of brain neurons damage induced by+G Z exposures.
