摘要
介绍一种新型无氟CL-3538型不锈钢管材草化剂,分析其草化腐蚀基本原理,论述其成膜反应过程,并阐述CL-3538型草化剂的配制管理与维护方法。分析认为:CL-3538型草化剂的配方组成能满足对草化膜性能的要求,使用后可获得理想的润滑载体——结晶草化膜;与CL-3518型草化剂相比,CL-3538型草化剂不仅更适宜作为冷拔(轧)不锈钢管材的润滑载体,而且草化剂因不含氟离子而更环保,废液更易处理。
Introduced in the paper is a new type CL-3538 fluorine-free oxalic acidating agent for the stainless steel pipe, focusing on analyzing the basic corrosion principle, discussing the chemical reaction process for the film formation, and the preparation management and maintaining methods, etc. It is regarded via the analysis that the formulation of the said agent is satisfactory to the requirements for the performance of the oxalic acidated film, which means that using the agent ensures desirable lubrication carrier i. e., the crystallized film to be obtained. Compared with the CL-3518 oxalic acidating agent, the above mentioned CL-3538 oxalic acidating agent is not only applicable as a lubrication carrier to cold-drawn (roiled) stainless steel pipes, but also more environment-friendly, and easier for liquid waste disposal due to its being free of fluorion.
