管道远场涡流安全诊断技术

摘要 简述远场涡流检测技术的基本原理,从检测理论模型、检测传感器、检测信号处理技术、检测信号影响因素、检测技术工程应用等方面,对远场涡流检测技术作出论述,并指出远场涡流检测技术的理论研究和应用研究的发展趋势。远场涡流检测技术采用内通过式检测方式,可对在役运行小直径钢管管道的缺陷进行检测,是一种有发展前景的管道无损检测技术。 Briefed in the essay is the remote field eddy current (RFEC) testing technique. And also discussed are the main aspects of the process, including detecting theoretic model, detection sensor, detection signal process- ing technique, factors as affecting detection the signal, and application of the detection technology engineering, etc. Moreover the development trend concerning theoretic and applied researches on the (RFEC) technology is pointed out. Adopting the internal passing method, the RFEC process is capable of detecting flaws of small-sized pipelines as in service status, being a very promising non-destructive pipeline detection technique.
