摘要
嗓音疲劳是指长期在不适宜的音域范围内误用或滥用嗓音所致的以音质、音量下降为主要特征的嗓音疾病^（[1]）。本病常见于教学、歌唱等专业用嗓者^（[2]）。嗓音疲劳是一种孤立的病理现象^（[3]）,但更多时候被看做是许多嗓音疾病的临床症状之一,而不是一种嗓音疾病^（[4]）。
Vocal fatigue is a common symptom of voice disease,but we prefer to regard vocal fatigue as a separate voice disease.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of vocal fatigue are reviewed in order to provide reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
