波形钢腹板箱梁桥顶推施工时坡度与摩擦系数的联合作用

摘要 文章介绍了桥梁顶推施工技术的优点和研究情况,并分析了顶推滑块选用原则。结合跨越渠道的波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥顶推实例,论证了该桥型符合传统多点顶推原理,并通过定量分析顶推施工时坡度与静动摩擦系数的联合作用,说明采用下坡顶推时需采取的措施,为以后类似工程提供借鉴。 In this study, the technological advantages of bridge pushing construction are introduced and the principles of selecting pushing sliders are analyzed. Combined with a pushing case, the PC composite box-girder of corrugated steel web spanning across the channel, the traditional multi-points pushing theory comfortable to this bridge type was demonstrated in this paper, by analyzing the combined effects of gradient and static or dynamic friction coefficients quantitatively as the time of pushing construction, to describe the measures adopted for down pushing, so as to supply reference for similar projects.
