摘要
1972～1987年我科收治乳腺癌259例,其中原发性双侧乳腺癌9例,占同期全部乳腺癌的3.47％,9例中,男性1例,女性8例。男性原发双侧乳腺癌罕见,本组1例,占同期乳腺癌的0.3％。临床分期,Ⅲ期5例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅰ期1例,Ⅲ期病例占55.6％。腋淋巴结转移率为61％。10年生存率仅为14.3％。
Nine (3.47%) of 259 cases of primary breast cancer treated at this department over the years 1972-1987 had bilateral lesions. There were 1 male and 8 females. The bilateral lesions rarely occurred in male patients, accounting for 0.3% of all breast cancers treated during the same period. Of the 9 patients in this series, 5 were of stage Ⅲ, 3 stage Ⅱ and 1 stage Ⅰ at presentation. Axillary lymphnodes were involved in 61% of the cases. The overall 10-year survival rate is 14.3%.
