摘要
以上海部分高校中层领导干部为研究对象,通过问卷调查方法,检验新媒体素养、工作效能感与工作绩效之间的关系。实证研究结果发现,在新媒体素养对工作绩效的影响中,工作效能感具有正向中介作用。在对上述实证研究结论的基础上,提出了进一步提升高校中层领导干部新媒体素养的对策和建议。
Taking some college middle-level leading officials in Shanghai as research object, this paper tests the intermediary effect mechanism of the relationship between new media literacy, the sense of work efficacy and work performance through the questionnaire survey. The empirical results show that the influence of new media literacy on work performance is positively mediated by the sense of work efficacy. Finally, this paper discusses the results of these studies and proposes the countermeasnres and suggestions for improving the new media literaey of leading officials in colleges and universities.
