摘要
未来的社会是终身学习的社会,在学习型社会的境脉下,学生不仅是"学生",更是一名"学习者"。与此相应,学习主体的身份也应由"学生身份"(Student identity)向"学习者身份"(Learner identity)转变。作为一种文化符号或概念工具,学习者身份正如其他身份一样,也能够对人类的学习行为起到中介和调节的作用。同时,学习者身份又是一个复杂的理论概念,它是学习和身份相遇的结果,对其意涵的理解需要对学习和身份有着超越性的认识与把握。作为一种文化工具,学习者身份具有重要的教育价值潜能,其体现在:一是可作为分析教育研究的一面透镜;二是有助于学生本位的主体性回归;三是能够为自主学习和终身学习提供内源性动力;四是重塑了学习活动平等性的对话性本质。
The future is a life-long learning society, in which students are not only "students", but also "learners". Accordingly, the identity of the learning subject should be changed from the "student identity" to the "learner identity". As a cultural symbol or conceptual tool, like other identities, learner identity can mediate and regulate human's learning behavior. Meanwhile, as a complex theoretical concept, learner identity is the result of an interaction between learning and identity. In order to unpack its multi-faceted meaning, it needs to have a transcendental understanding of learning and identity. As a cultural tool, learner identity has important education values as follows: First, it offers an analytical len in education research. Second, it's helpful to return and re-emphasize students' subjectivity. Third, it can provide endogenous motivation for self-directed learning and lifelong learning. Forth, it reshapes the equitable conversational nature of learning activities.
