摘要
通过对氨气压缩机干气密封装置的简单介绍,指出了目前干气密封装置在开停车过程中需要紧急切换和系统进入惰性气体等问题,通过对干气密封一级密封气供气装置的实际运行分析,提出和实施了一级密封气供气装置的改造,成功解决了氨气压缩机系统进入中压氮气,所产生的超温、超压、介质浪费和环境污染问题,为氨气压缩机的运行改造提供了具体思路和措施,有较大的实际意义。
By brief introduction of dry gas seal of ammonia compressor, it is pointed out that dry gas seal have some problems.For example, during start-up and shut down, emergency switch is needed, and inert gas is easy to enter system. Through analysis of factual operation of first-level gas supply equipment, retrofit of first-level gas supply equipment is promoted and implemented,which successfully solved the problem of overtemperature, overpressure, material waste and environmental pollution caused by middle pressure nitrogen enter ammonia compressor system. This provides detailed ideas and measures for operation retrofit of ammonia compressor, with great practical significance.
