摘要
以低温甲醇洗系统替换落后的NHD净化系统,针对净化升级后的富余蒸汽及闲置废锅设备,结合公司实际,新增一套低压蒸汽发电系统及热回收整合改造装置,进行了热回收整合改造,实现了低位热能的回收发电及东、西两厂区闲置废锅设备和蒸汽的合理利用。
Outdated NHD purification system is replaced by low temperature methanol washing system. Focusing on surplus steam and idle waste heat boiler after purification retrofit and combined with factual situation in the company, low pressure steam power generation system and heat recovery integration retrofit plant are newly constructed. By heat recovery integration retrofit,low level heat power generation and reasonable utilization of idle waste heat boiler and steam in east/west factories are realized.
