摘要
REAL-CAD研究结果显示,在日本人群中,高剂量他汀能显著减少心血管事件发生,且并不增加严重并发症发生率。该结果很可能改变我国血脂管理策略。本文从REAL-CAD研究结果出发,分析我国解读临床研究的误区。
The results of REAL-CAD study showed that high-dose statins in the Japanese population significantly reduced cardiovascular events without increasing the incidence of serious complications.This result may change our management strategy of dyslipidemia.We analyzed the misunderstandings of interpretation of clinical research in this article.
