丁酸梭菌在家禽生产上的应用研究进展

摘要 摘要:随着人们环保意识的提高及对食品安全的关注和饲料主管部门对饲料无抗添加的要求.对人畜无害无残留的益生菌类取代抗生素逐渐成为禽畜养殖的主流。丁酸梭茵及其代谢产物能够提高饲料利用率和改善畜禽生产性能,增强畜禽免疫力和抗病力,在目前推广无抗养殖的大环境下具有广阔的市场前景。 With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection and con- cerns for food safety and the demand of forage authorities to no antibiotic addition to feed, the substitution of antibiotics for humans and animals that are not harmful to residual probiotics has gradually become the mainstream of livestock breeding. Clostridium butyricum and its metabolites can improve the feed utilization and improve the production performance of livestock and poultry, enhance the immunity and disease resistance of livestock and poultry, and have broad market pros- pects in the current widespread promotion of no-antibiotic breeding environment.
