摘要:[目的]本研究旨在探索酸枣仁粉对仔猪生长发育和免疫球蛋白的影响,为利用推广新型饲料添加剂提供理论支持。[方法]对27头断奶仔猪分组,饲料中分别添加0%、1.5%和3%的酸枣仁粉,测定ADI、ADG,计算F/G;测定IgA、IgG、IgM。[结果]结果显示:饲料中添加不同比例的酸枣仁粉,均能提高ADI;ADG、F/G。在添加1.5%时,没有显著变化,在添加3%时,显著高于对照组。IgA和IgG在添加1.5%时,没有显著变化,在添加3%时.显著高于对照组。饲料中添加1.5%或3%比例的酸枣仁粉,对IgM没有显著影响。[结论]结果提示:酸枣仁粉作为仔猪饲料添加剂能够显著提高仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重.降低料重比.提升血液IgA、IgG的含量从而增强免疫力。以添加量为3%时,效果最好。
(Objective) This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Jujube kernel on piglet growth and immune globulin, and to provide theoretical support for the promotion of new feed additives.(Method) Grouping 27 weaned piglets,adding 0%, 1.5% and 3% of Jujube kernel to each group. Determination of ADI, ADG, Calculation of F/G. Determination of IgA, IgG, IgM. (Result) The results showed that:Adding different proportions of Jujube kernel to feed piglets can increase ADI,ADG,F/G.There was no significant change when 1.5% was added, and it was sig- nificantly higher than the control when 3% was added.When they were added at 1.5%,IgA and IgG did not change significantly and they were significantly higher than the control group when added at 3%.Adding 1.5% or 3% of Jujube kernel to the feed piglets had no significant effect on IgM.(Conclusion) These results indicated that:Jujube kernel can significantly increase average daily feed intake and average daily gain of piglets, reduce feed-to-weight ratio, and increase blood IgA and IgG levels to enhance immunity. Best results when Jujube kernel is added at 3%.
