摘要
目的 观察SBK屈光手术前后采用Pentacam系统测量角膜厚度与采用A型超声角膜测厚仪测量结果的一致性.方法 选取2014年3月至2015年10月在我院行前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)的130例患者130只眼,术前术后采用Pentacam及A型超声角膜测厚仪两种方式测量角膜中央厚度(CCT),并根据手术中的切削深度进行对比,分析两种方式测量角膜中央厚度的一致性.结果 术前Pentacam与A型角膜超声测厚仪测得的角膜中央厚度(GCT)分别为(552.4±28.3) μm,(471.0~601.0) μm与(547.1±27.7)μm,(474.0~590.0) μm,两组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.98,P=0.31).术后3个月随访时Pentacam和A型角膜超声测厚仪测量的角膜中央厚度分别为(470.8±33.0)μm,(395.0~541.0) μm与395.0~548.0 (471.1±33.1) μm,两组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.25,P=0.65>0.05).结论 在SBK屈光手术前后,Pentacam测量的角膜中央厚度与A型超声测厚仪测量结果具有很好的一致性,因此,Pentacam可以在SBK术前检查及术后随访中很好地评估角膜情况.
Objective To compare the agreement and repeatability of the Pentacam with ultrasound pachymetry in the measurement of central corneal thickness (CCT).Methods A total of 130 patients (130 eyes) underdoing Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis from March 2014 to October 2015 were included.Sequential measurements of CCT were performed with Pentacam and A-mode ultrasound pachymetry.The cutting depth in surgery was used to analysis the consistency of two ways measuring central corneal thickness.Results The mean values of CCT were 471.0-601.0μm (552.4±28.3μ m) and 474.0-590.0μm (547.1±27.7μm) using the Pentacam and the ultrasonic pachymetry,respectively.There was no statistically difference between the two instrument (t =1.98,P =0.31).Mean values of CCT in 3 months follow-up after SBK were 471.0-601.0μm (552.4±28.3μm) and 474.0-590.0μm (547.1±27.7μm),there was no statistically difference either (t =1.25,P =0.65〉0.05).Conclusions The agreement between the Pentacam and the ultrasonic pachymetry is good,and the repeatability is also good for Pentacam which is a promising instrument for the evaluation before SBK.
