提高高职学生自主学习观念的策略探讨

摘要 当前高职院校学生自主学习状况不太理想、自主学习能力整体水平较差。随着知识多元化、技术革新化的不断发展,具备自主学习的能力已成为时代发展的必然趋势。作为教师,应该有意识地加强和培养学生的自主学习意识、个人自主发展意识。让学生认识到自主学习是一种积极主动的、自觉自愿的行为,是培养自身可持续发展能力的关键因素,这是一种可以利用所学知识再获取新知的能力。根据齐莫曼的自主学习理论,教师可以从自我认识、自我选择、自我反思、改善自主学习的外部环境等方面进行有针对性的指导。 Currently,the autonomous learning situation of students in higher vocational colleges is not ideal,and the overall level of autonomous learning ability is poor.With the continuous development of knowledge diversification and technical innovation,it has become an inexorable trend to possess the autonomous learning ability.The teachers should consciously strengthen and cultivate the students' awareness of autonomous learning and autonomous development,and help the students to realize that autonomous learning is a kind of active and voluntary behavior,the key factor for cultivating their sustainable development ability,and a capability to get new knowledge by use of the learned knowledge.According to the autonomous learning theory given by Zimmerman,the teachers may conduct targeted guidance from self-knowledge,self-selection,self-reflection,improvement of external environment for autonomous learning,and etc.
