构建区域老年教育服务体系的研究与实践

老年教育是我国教育事业和老龄事业的重要组成部分,2016年,天津市60岁以上户籍人口达到228.86万人,占全市户籍人口的21.1%。因此,扩大资源供给,创新体制机制,创新办学模式,创新教学方式,构建区域老年教育服务体系就显得尤为重要。南开区以区属成人高校老年大学为引领,整合资源,推动老年教育向纵深发展,初步形成了南开区老年教育办学服务体系。

Old-age education is an important component of educational cause and cause of aging of China.In 2016,the registered population above 60 years old in Tianjin City reached 2,288,600,accounting for 21.1% of registered population of the whole city.Therefore,it is very important to expand the supply of resources,innovate the system and mechanism,innovate the school-running model,innovate the teaching pattern,and build regional old-age education service system.Nankai District,under the leadership of regional university for the aged,has integrated the resources and promoted the aging education development in depth,therefore,preliminarily forming the old-age education service system of Nankai District.
