精液质量与男性FSH和抑制素B水平的相关性分析 被引量:4

Correlation analysis between semen quality and male FSH and inhibin B level

摘要 目的探讨男性的精液参数与卵泡刺激素(FSH)和抑制素B(Inh B)水平的相关性。方法选取正常生育后代、精液质量正常男性74例作为对照组,精子异常男性146例作为实验组,且将实验组根据精子密度、前向运动精子百分率不同分为少精组(51例)、弱精组(44例)、少弱精组(51例)。检测四组FSH和Inh B水平,分析精子参数(精子密度、精子活率和前向运动精子百分率)与FSH、Inh B水平的相关性。结果少精组、少弱精组FSH水平均高于对照组,Inh B水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);弱精组FSH、Inh B水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。精子密度与FSH水平呈负相关(r=-0.236,P=0.000<0.05),与Inh B水平呈正相关(r=0.150,P=0.006<0.05)。精子活率、前向运动精子百分率与FSH、Inh B水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论检测血清FSH与Inh B水平,有助于临床医生对精液异常患者的准确诊治。 Objective To investigate the correlation analysis between semen quality and male folliclestimulating hormone(FSH) and inhibin B(Inh B) level. Methods A total of 74 males with normal offspring and semen quality were selected as control group, 146 cases of sperm abnormality were selected as experimental group. The experimental group was divided into oligozoospermia group(51 cases), asthenospermia group(44 cases) and oligoasthenospermia group(51 cases) according to sperm density and sperm forward movement percentage. The levels of FSH and Inh B were measured in four groups, and the correlation between the sperm parameters(sperm density, sperm motility and sperm forward movement percentage) and the levels of FSH and Inh B was analyzed. Results The levels of FSH in the oligospermia group and the oligoasthenospermia group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the Inh B levels were significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in FSH and Inh B levels between asthenospermia group and control group(P〈0.05). Sperm density was negatively correlated with FSH level(r=-0.236, P=0.0000.05), and positively correlated with Inh B level(r=0.150, P=0.0060.05). There was no correlation between sperm motility and sperm forward movement percentage with FSH and Inh B levels(P〈0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum FSH and Inh B levels are helpful for clinicians to accurately diagnose and treat patients with abnormal semen.
