摘要
目的探讨冠心病心力衰竭患者由曲美他嗪和美托洛尔联合进行治疗的效果。方法 84例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。两组患者就诊时均给予常规治疗措施,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的6 min步行距离(6MWT)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平以及临床疗效。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的6MWT、LVEF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组6MWT、LVEF水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者由曲美他嗪和美托洛尔联合进行治疗可将患者的心功能有效改善,取得的效果卓越,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 84 coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases in each group. Patients of two groups were given conventional treatment measures at the time of visiting. The control group was treated with Metoprolol, the observation group was treated with Trimetazidine on the basis of the control group. The 6 min walking distance(6 MWT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the 6 MWT and LVEF level between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment, the 6 MWT and LVEF level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of Trimetazidine and Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients. The results are excellent and deserve to be popularized.
