益生菌联合富马酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨益生菌联合富马酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法 90例缺铁性贫血患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(50例)和对照组(40例)。两组均给予合理饮食以及口服维生素C,对照组在此基础上采用富马酸亚铁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用益生菌治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血液指标水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血清铁(SI)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述指标水平均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合富马酸亚铁能够显著提高缺铁性贫血患者的治疗效果,改善患者贫血症状,且减少胃肠道反应,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics combined with ferrous fumarate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Methods A total of 90 patients with iron deficiency anemia were divided into observation group for 50 cases and control group for 40 cases according to the different methods of treatment. The two groups were given reasonable diets and oral vitamin C, the control group was treated with ferrous fumarate on this basis, and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and changes of blood indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the hemoglobin(Hb), the mean red blood cell volume(MCV), the mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) and the serum iron(SI)(P〈0.05). After treatment, the above indexes of the two groups were all significantly higher than those before treatment, and above indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Probiotics combined with ferrous fumarate can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with iron deficiency anemia, improve the symptoms of anemia and reduce the gastrointestinal reaction. It is worth promoting.
